
What is now known as Prohibition Pizza, started in 2021 as a passion project to create restaurant quality pizza in our home oven.
This quickly grew to an obsession, perfecting our 72 hour fermented dough, cook time and temp, as well as curating simple but flavourful toppings.
We provide you and your guests an amazing pizza experience, whether it's an intimate gathering or a full out pizza party, where you and your guests can get involved in the process.

Our dough is 3 day fermentation so we begin building it 3 days prior to the event, as well as acquire all other ingredients for your order.
*please note: a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to cover these costs*
Your oven will be running at 500 degrees 1 hour prior to and during the event. It's important to ensure your oven is clean and able to run at a high temperature for an extended time.
Once we're done cooking, we will clean up to ensure your kitchen is left the way it was found, if not cleaner!
We do require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, the remainder will be invoiced the day of.
